With much thanks to our ever-growing family, we have moved to a bigger and more accessible studio in Makati to meet their needs-- and yours too!  Our new studio has 8 rooms to accomodate more classes, including machine-based pilates and a new hot yoga.  We also have an all-natural food and juice bar and watsu water-based treatments. Watch out for our new schedule starting August 11, 2008.
