We believe yoga is for everyone, but not necessarily the same type of yoga for each person. Perhaps you’d even like to do a different kind of yoga on different days, depending on how you are feeling or the specific goals you have. We offer multiple classes in diverse styles of yoga to suit every level and need with certified, experienced instructors in a beautiful, fully equipped, accessible studio.
There is a different type of yoga for each person, depending on which stage of life you are at, your current fitness level and your fitness goals. Fit and unfit, flexible and inflexible, young and old, men and women - even pregnant women - we have a class for you.
